Damson plum or slow berry vodka
INGREDIENTS
sugar & fruit in equal quantitys vodka
very simple, get a 2l plastic bottle, and fill a 3rd of the way up with your fruit, prick first with a pin or fork to release flavor, then onto them pour sugar to just under a 6th of the way up (i.e 1/3 fruit, 1/3 sugar) finally pour vodka over the top and seal the lid, leave for at least 5 months, shaking every couple of weeks, more vodka may have to be added as sugar dissolves
