Elderflower Vodka
INGREDIENTS
5 tsp. Dried Elderflowers 1 liter Your Vodka of Choice 1/4 cup White Cane Sugar (Optional)
The flavor of elderflower is a very unique, floral essence unlike anything else. Use a high quality fillable tea bag or a ball type strainer to hold the tiny elderflower blossoms. Infuse for 1-3 days depending on desired strength of character. Expect a very pronounced yellow hue to the finished product. Enjoy! Dried elderflowers can be obtained from the wild, but are also available through several on-line purveyors of herbs and natural foods.
