This map is more detailed than any I have ever seen of Russia, the Republics and Oblasts.
It has more detail than any but the most expensive maps of European countries, and is at least their equal.
I shall certainly have it with me when I come to Russia.
Studying it, anyone in the old NATO union cannot help but conclude that the Cold War is now ancient history.
As nations have a lot of inertia, it took 40 years after 5 March 1953 for the Western nations to finally realize that we are better friends than foes.
But I digress from the subject of the map.
I will be ordering a number of products from the Russian Life store, certainly including these maps, which I will give as gifts.
I look forward to getting the magazine Russian Life every second month, almost as though it were my paycheck. |
